What’s New in Your Certanta Portal

By , Project Manager 20 OCT 2026 · 4 MIN READ

Invoicing, a cash-flow forecast, a monthly pack you can forward, and a portal that works on your phone. Here is what has changed for Certanta clients this month.

Send invoices without leaving your books

Many of our clients raised invoices in one tool and kept their books in another — so every invoice was typed twice. Now you can raise them from your Certanta portal.

Invoicing is an add-on for clients on monthly bookkeeping. Ask us to switch it on.

A cash-flow forecast built from your books

The new forecast shows the next 13 weeks, week by week. It starts from your real bank balances and open invoices, and it is honest about timing: a customer who usually pays three weeks late is expected three weeks late. Regular payments — rent, salaries, subscriptions — are picked up from your history and confirmed by your bookkeeper before they count.

A monthly management pack

Your monthly books update now comes with a short PDF: the month’s results, the balance sheet, who owes you and whom you owe, the cash outlook and the deadlines coming up. It is laid out to be forwarded as it is — to a director, a bank or an investor — and you can download it from your portal at any time.

One to-do list

Questions from your bookkeeper and receipts we still need now sit on one list in your portal, and you answer them there. A bank line goes on it only when it has been waiting two weeks for a receipt, and bank charges, interest and transfers between your own accounts never do.

Your portal on your phone

Every page of the client portal now works on a phone. Check a statement, answer a question, snap a receipt or send an invoice, wherever you are. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
